How to request a show or movie

Everything happens in Request (the request page). You don't need to touch anything technical — search, click, done.

Open Request & sign in

Tap Request a show above and log in with the account you were given.

Search for it

Type the movie or show name. Films, TV, and anime all work.

Hit Request

Click Request. For a series you can pick specific seasons or grab them all.

Watch it

When it flips to Available, open Watch and press play. New stuff shows up on its own.

How long does it take? Usually a few minutes to an hour. Bigger or 4K titles take longer. You can close the page — it keeps working.

Checking on it

After you request something, it moves through these on the request page:

Pending — in line to be grabbed Processing — downloading now Available — ready to watch
